By accessing the Standing Spring website and purchasing our heritage-grown coffee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Standing Spring offers elite coffee subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew until canceled via your dashboard.
- Pricing: We reserve rights to adjust based on harvest yield.
3. Shipping & Luxury Handling
Our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped to ensure maximum "mountain soul." Delivery times are estimates. Standing Spring is not responsible for delays caused by international customs for Jamaica Blue Mountain exports.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including the "Standing Spring" brand name, imagery, and custom UI elements, are the exclusive property of Standing Spring. Unauthorized use of our heritage storytelling or digital assets is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Standing Spring or its estate partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the coffee.
