You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coffee from this site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Products
All coffee is subject to availability. We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but small variations may occur (coffee is a natural product).
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full payment details.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days at info@standingspringplantation.com and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, you agree to pay all collection fees and legal costs associated with recovering payment.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use our site for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to upload malicious code, or to resell our coffee without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standing Spring Plantation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
